Will not do this again based on my hours
I found the support and communication lacking especially regarding the actual working hours compatibility. Their guidance did not match what I was able to work during the day. Often I had to adjust my schedule without clear advice on how the software handled off-hours or variable shifts. Trying to get in touch with their team proved distracting and ineffective. I expected better alignment so I wouldn’t waste time guessing how these hours would reflect on the tools. If I had to make the choice again, I would not repeat this experience given how poorly it fitted my actual working hours and support availability.
