Will definitely use support again
I contacted WFHI support recently to clarify a few issues with the dialer functionality. The response was prompt and clear, which made the whole process smooth. Their staff was to the point and didn’t waste any time, which I appreciated given my busy schedule. I found the explanation detailed enough to fix my queries without going back and forth excessively. The whole support interaction left me confident that whenever I face roadblocks or confusion, they will be my go-to resource. I wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch again if needed, since their help saved me valuable time and effort. Billing and payment queries were similarly handled professionally without glitches. Sign-up and invoicing went fine as well, no unnecessary hurdles there. The only thing I would add is a bit more clarity in the initial dashboard on where to find common features, but that’s minor. Overall, I am happy with the experience and will come back to WFHI support should I require assistance in the future. Simply put, reaching out next time is not a question for me.
