Why is the jargon so confusing? You need to fix this

You seriously need to rethink the wording you use on your sales pitch and sign-up labels. I tried to make sense of it, but the terms seemed all over the place, making it hard to understand what exactly I was getting into. It’s frustrating when the interface and descriptions don’t match, especially before buying anything. Your invoices also lack clarity in the way items are labeled, which only adds to the confusion. If potential buyers have to guess what each feature or service really means, they might just back off. This kind of mishmash in communication feels like a big barrier instead of a help. Clear and straightforward language would definitely improve the whole experience here.
