Why did it take so long to get started?

You took far too long to help me get going with your product, and that was frustrating. I expected a quicker onboarding given the sales promises made about ease of use and streamlining remote work. However, the entire process felt slow and unnecessarily drawn out from signing up through the first training modules. The dialer and calling tools were confusing initially, and while I tried to wait it out, I ran into issues setting up the database feature that delayed my ability to really put the software to use. Automatic updates seemed to push changes sometimes without clear explanations, adding to the confusion. Support promised to be accessible and helpful via phone, but I often encountered long wait times or unclear answers when I sought assistance. The invoicing and payment process was one of the few parts that went smoothly, but unfortunately that did not make up for the slow start. I gave it a solid effort but I was surprised how little I could accomplish early on with this software. I had hoped the training would be thorough but flexible enough to get me usable quickly, not a series of hurdles that drained my momentum. For any new user, this delay could be pretty disheartening because you want to feel productive right away, not stuck trying to figure out basic functions. Please consider how this early experience might feel to someone eager to get up and running from day one.
