Who this software suits, and who it probably doesn't
Honestly, I've explained this setup a few times to others who asked, so I won't spend long here. By the end of using the WFHI software, I felt quite confident navigating the various modules, especially once the automatic updates settled in. The dialer tool worked smoothly across my week of calls, which was a relief after some initial worries. The database feature integrated well with my workflow, keeping contacts organized without fuss. That said, this software really suits people comfortable managing tech tools on their own or with minimal guidance. If you're someone who wants something simple and totally hands-off, it may not be for you. The invoicing and payment processes were straightforward enough, and signing up didn't drag on unnecessarily. Overall, after the onboarding steps, I no longer felt overwhelmed by the various settings or calls I had to make. Still, I wouldn't recommend it for someone looking for a lot of personal hand-holding during setup. What really helped was the ongoing telephonic support which was there whenever I called in for clarifications. It's solid software but definitely for those ready to invest some effort upfront.
