I started training shortly after signing in, appreciating that the sessions could be paced around when I was free. When using the calling tools, I noted the dialer automates much of the workload, which helps on busier days. Automatic updates were seamless, so I didn't have to worry about missing out on new features. However, I noticed the training times could be a bit limiting for very late-night schedules, which is my pattern sometimes. So, while this service would likely fit those with mostly daytime or early evening availability, it might not be ideal if your hours differ significantly. Telephonic support was helpful when I needed clarifications, although a few calls required waiting longer than I expected. For me, it fits most of my hours well but might not cover every possible schedule.
