Who the software is really suitable for

I was initially attracted by the promise of streamlined workflows, but honestly, the onboarding process felt overly complex for someone like me. The sign-up and payment went smoothly enough, and I appreciated that part of the setup being straightforward. However, once I jumped into the training and tried using the dialer tools, I found them quite unintuitive. The labels didn’t always match what I expected, and support wasn't immediately helpful when I had queries. I might recommend this platform to users who have prior experience with similar remote workflow software because they might find the features more accessible. For a beginner or someone new to remote tools, the learning curve seemed unnecessarily steep. I expect to need assistance again next time I try to use the system, but I’m a bit hesitant because my first experience left me wondering if the software truly fits my needs. The database feature is okay but did not integrate well with other parts of my work. Automatic updates kept changing things without clear notification, which was frustrating. Overall, it works best for more tech-savvy people, but I remain cautious about continuing without more personalized support.
