Who should take training: A clear fit or not?

The onboarding and training process felt structured and mostly clear, which I appreciated greatly. The video tutorials and step-by-step guide made setting up the calling tools intuitive. However, when I encountered technical glitches during the database setup, the system's error handling was somewhat limited. While telephonic support did try to resolve these issues, it took more follow-ups than expected which was a bit inconvenient. This experience suggests that the training is best suited for individuals who have at least some familiarity with software tools and remote workflows. If you are a beginner expecting everything to be handled or explained comprehensively, you might find some of the rough patches frustrating. The invoicing and payment process is straightforward, and automatic updates seem well integrated. On balance, I think the platform offers good value for those ready to troubleshoot occasionally but may not be ideal if you need fully guided onboarding without any bumps.
