When things went wrong, support was a mixed bag
Most days the software was quite dependable, especially when using the database to keep track of contacts and updates. The calling tools worked well too for the majority of calls, which helped me maintain my workflow. However, there were moments when unexpected glitches appeared, like the dialer freezing or slow response times during calls that added frustration. When these issues came up, the telephonic support did provide some useful assistance but sometimes felt slow to respond or needed multiple calls to clarify the problem fully. It was good that help was available, but overall the handling of these interruptions could be smoother. So, there was a clear benefit of receiving support but also a drawback in how effectively problems were resolved at times. Balancing both sides, my experience felt genuinely mixed in this regard.
