When things sort of clicked, but not totally
Starting with the WFHI training, I approached the onboarding with a mix of hope and some doubt. The initial modules were quite detailed, but I soon realized that a lot of the finer points about how to integrate the calling tools and database features were something I had to figure out on my own. The formal sessions laid a foundation, but I felt a little lost when it came to configuring the dialer effectively for my workflow. However, the moment it clicked actually came after a few days of trial and error, especially when I noticed the automatic updates were smoothing over some earlier bugs. Telephonic support was helpful, though I often found myself resolving minor issues solo, which was a mixed experience. The sign-up and payment went smoothly, so at least the administrative side was hassle-free. Overall, I'd say the training got me started, but I think I had to do quite a bit of self-guided learning before I felt fully comfortable using the software in my day-to-day work. It was a mixed experience, but one with some clear positives alongside the challenges.
