I’d used other remote workflow software before and honestly it was always a bit frustrating. But wfhi’s training modules felt different, less overwhelming. At first I struggled with the dialer and database setup but after a few days playing around with it and following their onboarding steps, things finally clicked. The automatic updates meant I didn’t have to relearn everything all the time either, which was a relief. Signing up was smooth and the invoicing process made sense, a welcome change from what I’d seen before. The learning curve wasn’t totally gone but I felt better supported and more confident quickly. I wish there had been more practice scenarios early on but that was a small gripe. Overall the moment I felt like I got it was memorable and made me want to keep using the software.
