When the training hours just didn’t click
The training sessions offered during WFHI's onboarding did not align well with my actual working hours. The schedule was set without much flexibility, which made it difficult for me to participate fully. I was hoping for sessions that would accommodate varying time zones and work commitments, but unfortunately, that was not the case. While the training content itself was decent and the resources provided were somewhat useful, the timing severely limited my ability to absorb and apply what was taught. It felt frustrating because I had to juggle between my daily tasks and the training sessions, which were scheduled at inconvenient hours. I cannot say the entire experience was bad as the trainers were responsive during their sessions, but overall the lack of synchronization with my practical work hours caused a disconnect. I believe that more adaptive scheduling would benefit users like me who have differing time commitments. As it stands, the onboarding training did not meet my expectations due to its rigid structure and poor timing alignment with my workflow.
