Now I can navigate the software and utilize the calling tools without much hassle. The database feature integrates well into my workflow, which surprised me initially. However, the onboarding could have been more thorough for newbies because some aspects took more time to grasp than expected. Despite that, continuous use made it manageable. Automatic updates didn’t disrupt my routine much, which was a relief. Support calls were mostly helpful when I hit a snag. Overall, the training is useful, but a bit more structure and patience in the beginning would have improved my experience significantly.
