When the support actually didn’t click as I hoped
At first I was hopeful about how support would go with the software, especially after the onboarding was quite detailed and seemed promising. The sign-up process was smooth and invoicing followed without hiccups, which was good. But once I started using the dialer and calling tools more regularly day to day, I encountered frequent drops in connectivity that slowed down work unexpectedly. I tried reaching out to telephonic support multiple times, but I found the wait times long and the responses sometimes not very clear, which was frustrating. I felt like I was going in circles without much practical help to fix the issues quickly. Database management was fine—it fit my workflow without major trouble, and I appreciated that aspect. The automatic updates came in on schedule, but sometimes they introduced small bugs that I had to figure out before continuing. Overall, I didn't feel the support team was proactive; it often took multiple calls to resolve even minor problems. While I was pleased that invoicing and payment processing went smoothly each time, that was really the only part that consistently worked well. Despite these points, I kept working through the system because I wanted it to be usable, but honestly, the day-to-day support experience didn’t meet my expectations and often stalled my progress, which was disappointing.
