When the setup stopped feeling like a one-time hurdle
The moment the onboarding process transitioned from being a one-off challenge to ongoing ease was subtle but important. Initially, I was setting up the dialer and syncing the database manually, which took quite some time. The onboarding flow provided clear steps, but I realized that the updates and maintenance required with the software needed my frequent attention, so it was not a simple one-time setup. The calling tools worked well after some adjustments, but I had to check for occasional glitches that needed fixes during use, which introduced some ongoing effort. Telephonic support was available, and while they were helpful, I found that subsequent questions after the initial setup were sometimes answered a bit slower, which made ongoing optimisation slightly tedious. Once I was past the first week, updates came automatically, reducing some manual work, but keeping the database current did require regular input. Overall, the system moves from a semi-complicated initial setup to a more smoothly running but still hands-on process. It met my expectations in many ways but did require some ongoing attention rather than being fully set and forget. So, the experience clicked as soon as maintenance routines settled, though the initial setup was definitely heavier than a quick start.
