When the setup should have clicked but just didn’t
I was hopeful when I first signed up because the onboarding promised a clear step-by-step guide to get started. However, honestly, the whole setup felt like a one-off event that left me struggling afterward. The initial call with support was confusing, and despite multiple attempts, I found myself stuck when trying to use the dialer and database features in real workflow situations. Each time I contacted telephonic support, the explanations weren’t consistent, and I was often told to try the same steps again without any fresh guidance. The promised automatic updates didn’t seem to fix the issues I faced; instead, they made the interface less intuitive. It felt like the entire process lacked reliable ongoing assistance, which was frustrating because I wanted something more than a one-time setup. Knowing that help was limited made it feel like I was alone in managing the software after the initial phase. The invoicing and payment process were straightforward, at least, but everything tied to the actual functioning in long-term use fell short of expectations. I’m quite disappointed since I was looking for a smooth experience that I could count on beyond the first few days, but that wasn’t the case.
