When the setup never really clicked
I was trying to get everything running smoothly with the remote workflow software, but honestly, I felt stuck almost immediately. The setup required a lot of one-off steps that felt overwhelming instead of helpful. At first, I thought once those initial configurations were done, the process would become more automated or at least smoother, but no, it kept demanding repeated manual inputs. Whenever I tried to reach support by phone, the communication didn’t clarify if what I was doing was right or if certain steps would repeat often. It was hard to tell if the ongoing support was meant for small tweaks or major issues that should not recur. This made me unsure if I had missed some instructions or if the software really worked this way. Each day I hoped the dialer or the database features would integrate better with what I had set, but they kept requiring adjustments. It was frustrating because the promised automatic updates didn’t seem to resolve the recurring issues. I’m left doubting whether it’s the onboarding or the software design that creates these hurdles, and I’m still not confident if my setup is stable or just temporary.
