When the schedule adjustment clicked, and when it didn’t
I initially found the training schedule a bit rigid given my working hours, which felt somewhat mismatched especially during evening sessions. The onboarding modules covered a lot of ground, but some parts were too early or late for me to fully engage without interruption. However, after a couple of days, the program adapted somewhat and allowed more flexible access to recorded sessions, which worked better with my daily routine. It was in the middle of the training week when I realized I could rewind and catch up at times that suited me, which really helped me absorb the material. On the downside, real-time interactive elements felt a bit constrained given these timing issues, and getting live responses was sometimes delayed. Overall, I appreciate the effort to accommodate different schedules, but there’s still room for improvement to better suit varied working hours especially for those like me who have split shifts or non-traditional day timings. Given the mixed experience with timing and content pacing, I feel a three-star rating fairly reflects my involvement so far.
