When the process finally clicked in my mind
I had been considering getting the WFHI software for a while, and when I finally went through the pre-purchase sales part, I noticed there was quite a bit of repetition in explaining features I already understood. The waiting times to get some additional clarifications were somewhat longer than I expected, but it wasn’t too frustrating. It took me a few calls to feel that I really grasped how the invoicing and payment system worked. There was a moment during one explanation where I thought, ‘Ah, this is straightforward enough to handle.’ That moment clicked when they showed me how the automatic updates integrate seamlessly with the database feature. It helped me see how the daily workflow would be easier. Overall, the clarity came through more as the process unfolded rather than right at first. I wouldn’t say the experience was perfect, but it met my expectations enough for me to proceed. The bit of waiting was a small price to pay for the thoroughness, and I ended up appreciating the steps after all rather than rushing in blindly.
