when the overview still left me confused
I decided to sign up for the WFHI software and training because I wanted a clear idea of how remote workflows could be managed better. However, the explanations during the pre-purchase phase were somewhat vague. I remember reaching a point during the initial demo where I still didn’t quite understand how the dialer function would integrate with my current database. There was a moment when I thought it might click, but it didn’t fully happen. The sign-up process itself was straightforward enough, and I was able to complete the invoicing without much hassle, which I appreciated. But overall, the lack of clear communication about the calling tools and how updates would be handled left me feeling uncertain about whether this platform was right for me. The training covered some basics, but I often felt I was left on my own to figure things out. While the support was reachable, it didn’t resolve my doubts to my satisfaction. So, in essence, the software seems functional, but the clarity in guidance before purchasing is lacking, which affected my confidence in using it effectively.
