When the onboarding support finally felt consistent
At first, I wasn’t sure how much of the WFHI setup was a one-time deal and how much would require ongoing support. The training sessions were quite thorough and helped me understand the core software elements like the dialer and database integration. I appreciated that the onboarding flow was guided clearly, although I sometimes wondered whether the explanations assumed a bit too much prior knowledge. The telephonic support was mostly helpful, but there were moments where I wasn’t sure if the next step was a required action or just an optional tip. That uncertainty made me hesitate about committing fully, but over time, as the automatic updates kicked in and the daily software use became smoother, everything started clicking. The sign-up and payment process went pretty seamlessly, which took off one big worry. So even if I had a few doubts along the way, I felt the overall onboarding and ongoing assistance was adequate and reassuring enough to continue using WFHI’s platform for remote workflow management.
