When the onboarding language finally made sense, and when it didn't

I found the training and onboarding experience to be a rather mixed one. The labels on the dashboard for tools like database and dialer were straightforward, helping me navigate early on without much trouble. However, some of the terminology used in the manuals was not very intuitive and led to moments of confusion — especially around the automatic updates section. It wasn’t until I revisited the training videos that things started clicking for me. The pacing was decent but some words felt too technical for a beginner. I appreciated how the interactive parts of the course helped clarify certain steps, though some written parts need better simplification to avoid misunderstanding. Overall, the training has potential but could benefit from a more consistent approach with the language to make onboarding smoother for everyone.
