When the onboarding just didn’t click
I went into the WFHI training hoping that things would finally become clear, especially since managing remote workflows is crucial for my role. The initial orientation seemed straightforward, yet as I progressed through the tutorials, some parts felt rushed and a bit confusing. The software interface looked promising but I struggled a lot with the onboard database features and the dialer setup. Although the automatic updates were pretty seamless and didn’t cause interruptions, they didn’t provide much help in understanding the bigger picture either. The telephonic support offered was courteous, but their explanations felt too generic and didn’t quite address my specific queries, leaving me unsure about whether to reach out again for more help next time. Signing up and paying the invoice was one of the smoothest parts, with clear instructions that I appreciated. However, when it came to navigating through the actual software, the training lacked the hands-on clarity I was expecting. At one moment, I thought I was finally getting the hang of managing the remote workflows, but that spark quickly faded when trying to utilize the dialer effectively. Overall, the onboarding felt incomplete and didn’t quite equip me with the confidence I wanted to handle all the features without a lot of trial and error. I’m hoping that future sessions or updates will make the process easier and more logical to follow, so I wouldn’t need to depend heavily on external help again, although right now, that feels likely to happen.
