Honestly, from day one I wasn’t blown away by the training or onboarding. It all felt like repetitive instructions and click-here-this-there stuff that wasn’t very clear. But after a few days of using the software day-to-day, I had a moment where it clicked. Suddenly understanding how to manage the dialer efficiently made more sense. The daily workflows felt smoother, and I stopped getting stuck on the database management. It’s like the first presentation was just the surface but applying it daily helped put the pieces together. The training materials were there, but I think actual use and some trial and error helped me more. I still find myself having to check back sometimes, but overall, once I reached that point, things became manageable. I wish that moment had come earlier, but at least it happened. That shift made me appreciate the onboarding more than I expected initially.
