I really didn’t expect the training to have that moment where I just got it, but it happened. I was going through the onboarding steps, and after repeating some sections, it suddenly all made sense. The pacing was mostly good, and there wasn’t too much waiting between modules, which kept me engaged. It wasn’t perfect from the start, I had to go over a few points twice, but that repetition actually helped the information sink in better. I felt ready to use the software by the end, and it didn’t feel like a drag at all, which was a nice surprise.
