When the onboard labels failed to connect clearly

I tried to follow the training and onboarding exactly as laid out, but it was the wording and labels that really threw me off. Initially, I thought the navigation through the modules would be straightforward, but some of the terminology felt inconsistent or just plain confusing. For example, searching for database setup guidance was complicated because the label was obscure and did not match what I expected from the instructions. However, I will admit that once I grasped the basic flow, the interactive help was okay and helped them somewhat catch up. Still, I can't say it clicked entirely, and the pace of the onboarding felt slower due to these ambiguities. While the overall system is functional, clearer, more intuitive labeling would improve user confidence early on. I found myself constantly double-checking to confirm I was in the right place rather than progressing smoothly, which was frustrating.
