When the labels made sense and when they didn’t quite

At first, the software interface seemed a bit confusing due to some unclear labels and wording. For example, the way certain buttons were named didn’t immediately tell me what their purpose was, which made me hesitate before clicking. However, once I spent some more time navigating, especially after the training sessions, those labels started to make a bit more sense. It clicked when I realized that the dialer and the calling tools had their own separate tabs and functions, and the database feature was more versatile than I initially thought. That said, some inconsistencies remained in the naming of automatic update notifications—I found those a bit ambiguous and had to check with support a couple of times to understand if the updates would affect ongoing work or just add new features. The invoicing and payment process used clearer terms, so on that front, the terminology was easier. Overall, I feel like the wording and labels are a mixed bag: some parts made perfect sense after practice, others still leave me guessing. It has gotten better the more I use it but is not fully intuitive yet.
