When the Labels Finally Made Sense

Using the software and accessing features was mostly smooth once I got over the initial confusion with some oddly named buttons. The dashboard layout took a bit of exploring since certain labels didn’t immediately convey their functions. For example, the database section wasn’t clearly signposted, so I spent some time figuring out where to input contact details. Once I understood the terminology and matched it with its function, it clicked, and the workflow became much easier. The dialer worked as expected without lag, and the calling tools integrated nicely with the database. I appreciated that updates didn’t disrupt my ongoing work, although a small glossary or clearer labels would improve the early access experience.
