When the explanation finally just didn’t click

I remember during the pre-purchase phase, I really struggled to understand some key details about how the WFHI software would fit into my workflow. The sales rep was a bit quick at explaining the subscription plans and features, and frankly I was hoping for a clearer breakdown. There was one moment when I asked about how the automatic updates would affect my existing database setup, expecting a straightforward answer, but the response was vague and left me more confused. Apart from that, I can’t recall much else being clearly explained. Overall, I felt like I was trying to piece things together on my own from scattered bits rather than being guided properly. The sign-up and payment processes were standard enough, but because the initial information wasn't down pat, it left me cautious going in. If only there was a demo or trial period where I could have tested the calling tools without guesswork, it might have helped me decide better. As it stands, the sales explanation missed the mark for me.
