When the explanation eventually made sense
My experience with WFHI's training and onboarding began with some confusion because I expected a more structured sequence that gradually introduced features. Initially, some parts of the training felt rushed, leaving me unclear about how the calling tools fully integrated with the database feature. However, after reaching out to support and revisiting a couple of modules, the concepts began to click more clearly. I initially thought the training might not match what I had mentally prepared for, especially since the explanation of the dialer setup seemed a bit scattered. Once I saw the big picture though, the training felt more coherent and made me appreciate the order they had arranged, even if it took some extra effort to get there. The responsiveness of the team during onboarding was decent but could have been a bit quicker in clarifying early doubts. Overall, the moment when everything clicked came after some persistence, turning the training from frustrating to genuinely helpful and relevant for remote workflow management.
