When the billing order finally sank in

I have to say, the whole billing and payment process did not feel intuitive at all at the start. The steps for signing up, payment, and then receiving an invoice were scattered without a clear sequence. At one point, I wasn't sure if I had actually completed the sign-up step or just gone ahead with payment prematurely. This confusion lingered for a couple of days until I finally understood that the invoicing happens automatically after the payment is processed, which was at least done smoothly enough. There was no clear prompt telling me what to expect next after submitting my payment details, and no early indication if any step was missed or repeated. On the plus side, the payment gateway itself functioned properly once I entered my details, so that part was reliable. But the sequence of billing actions could definitely be laid out in a more sensible way to avoid ambiguity. I had to spend extra time verifying my own account status and keeping track of what step came next, which could be improved. Overall, it took me longer than expected to grasp the flow, and that was frustrating given the lack of clear guidance.
