I have been trying to figure out how the billing cycles correlate with the hours I actually work because obviously, if you're paying for something, it should fit your real usage, right? Initially, I was a bit unsure whether the invoicing would match my irregular schedule since my work hours vary a lot. But after working through the onboarding process and seeing the invoicing come through a couple of times, it actually clicked that the system does track hours quite well, though the alignment is not perfectly exact every time. Sometimes I found minor discrepancies in how the hours lined up with the invoices, which caused me a little hesitation about relying on it fully without manual checking. The support was available to clarify, which helped a lot, but a few more tweaks to fit the variable hours would make it truly seamless. Overall though, it’s working pretty well, and the payment process didn’t feel cumbersome. I just remain a bit cautious till I get a few more cycles done and see if it consistently keeps pace with my actual workflow hours so that there are no surprises in the monthly billing statements.
