When support hours clicked (and when they kinda didn’t)
I expected the support hours to be a bit more in sync with the actual hours I work, especially since my schedule is a bit unconventional. Initially, I thought since it’s remote workflow software, support might be round-the-clock or at least cover more time zones, but the availability seemed limited to certain hours that didn’t fully match when I needed assistance. On the plus side, the telephonic support was knowledgeable and helpful whenever I managed to reach them. It was just the timing that made it tricky. For example, during training sessions and onboarding, they were available and quite responsive which clicked well with my expectations. But when I tried using the calling tools later in off-peak hours, getting support was not always possible. I guess I missed expecting an ideal fit here; the reality was more partial. That said, the overall clarity and promptness during the support window I accessed were good. So, I’d say the main challenge was aligning their support hours with my own working pattern rather than the quality of support itself. It was a mixed experience but understandable given the nature of remote services.
