When support calls were more DIY than help
The moment it really didn’t click for me was when I had to work quite a bit on my own just to get support problems sorted out. It felt like although telephonic support was available, much of the troubleshooting had me digging through FAQ or trying fixes myself before getting any useful guidance. I understand the system worked fine once set up, but sometimes I was held back by lack of clear communication from support staff. Even when I reached out, I often got partial answers that didn’t fully solve my issues until after I tried more things independently. So, it did the job eventually, but the process definitely dragged longer because I had to figure out many things without much hand-holding.
