When responsiveness clicked but clarity lagged
During my initial discussions with the WFHI sales team, their prompt responses really stood out. Queries I had about the software features were met with quick feedback, which made me feel valued as a potential customer. However, the moment didn’t completely click when it came to understanding the full scope of training options available. The explanations were sometimes vague or left me uncertain about what was actually included in the onboarding package. I expected a clearer walkthrough before committing. Billing queries were answered swiftly, which added to my confidence, but integration details about the calling tools were a bit unclear until I tested them myself. On one hand, the team’s availability for calls and emails was impressive, but on the other, some answers lacked depth. This made me question whether ongoing support would be as attentive once signed up. In the end, I appreciate their effort to be reachable, but I would have preferred more structured communication right from the start. It felt like a good foundation with room for improvement in clarity and detail, especially around features I was most interested in using during the early rollout phase.
