When onboarding just didn't click for me
I was hopeful when I started the WFHI training and onboarding process, but unfortunately the experience wasn’t smooth for me. It took quite a long time to get things running as expected — the steps seemed complicated for someone not very familiar with such software ecosystems. Initially, I thought a few days to settle in wouldn’t be a problem, but the required setups and trial-and-error learning stretched this period much longer than anticipated. The training modules, while detailed, lacked practical simplicity, making it hard to grasp workflow integrations. However, the system had some good points, like the automatic updates that kept things current without manual intervention. Still, the dialing tool setup consumed a significant chunk of my time, and the telephonic support wasn’t as quick in addressing my concerns as I needed. Sign-up and payments went smoothly, so that part was fine at least. Overall, I couldn’t get into a comfortable rhythm, which was disappointing since I had high hopes that the onboarding would be more intuitive. I think it just didn’t match my way of working or learning speed, and that was where it didn’t click for me.
