When it just never clicked at all
I was initially attracted to the service because it promised clear guidance on remote workflow software. However, from the very start, things felt confusing rather than straightforward. The explanations during sales and pre-purchase phases were cryptic, and I struggled to understand what exactly was offered. When trying to assess the features and how they fit with my needs, I realized the descriptions were too vague or technical without context. The onboarding flow did little to clarify things as it assumed I already knew several terms and processes. I had expected a clear, stepwise breakdown but instead faced assumptions about prior knowledge. The invoicing and payment steps also felt rushed, adding to my overall frustration. This lack of clarity made the entire decision and initial setup quite difficult, which eventually led to me abandoning the software. In short, I found it challenging to figure out if it suited my needs or how to get started, and that was the moment it never clicked for me.
