When it just didn’t click instantly
Starting with the sales and pre-purchase experience, I found some aspects familiar and others that felt different from previous services I have used. Initially, the sign-up process seemed clear and straightforward, making it easy to get started. However, when I moved on to examine the database feature and how it fit with my workflow, I noticed it lacked certain customization options I had expected based on past tools. The training material was helpful but quite generic in places, which made it harder to relate to some specific tasks I am used to performing. On the plus side, the calling tools and dialer integrated nicely with the contact management, which was a relief. I recall the moment when I fully understood the update mechanism for the software—it was automatic and seamless, which I appreciated. In contrast, the billing and payment steps felt rigid and occasionally out of sync with how I schedule my work hours. So, there was a mix of clarity and some frustration, leaving me feeling that the system partly suited my needs but others points still needed improvement.
