when it finally clicked, it was a mixed bag
I had been using other remote workflow tools before trying out the WFHI software. Honestly, at first, it felt kind of similar but also a bit confusing because some features worked differently than what I was used to. The dialer was straightforward, but setting up the database took some getting used to since it had quirks unlike previous tools. After spending a couple days with the software, it suddenly clicked when I started seeing how the automatic updates improved day-to-day functionality. Before that, I was unsure if the onboarding was worth the effort. Telephonic support was okay — not instant but helpful enough when I managed to reach them. Signing up and paying was smooth, no hassle there. So, overall, it’s a mix: some parts felt more complicated than they should be, but once you get into the rhythm, things work pretty well. The experience wasn’t seamless, but I can see this software growing on me over time.
