Honestly, starting with wfhi was a bit slow at first; I wasn’t sure how soon I'd be up and running fully. The signup was easy enough though, and their invoicing system was pretty straightforward with no weird surprises. The training I went through seemed long but really helped to get me familiar with the calling tools and the dialer. It was only after a couple of days of using the software that I really felt comfortable managing my tasks without second-guessing. The database feature is neat, but I found myself needing a little more practice to use it efficiently. Support was always available when I got stuck, which made things easier. What really made a difference was their automatic updates, which generally improved performance without causing interruptions. So yeah, once I clicked with the software, it felt like a useful fit for how I want to work from home. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how quickly I got going, even if the first few days were a little confusing.
