I was going through the onboarding steps, trying to make sense of the order in which things unfolded

I was going through the onboarding steps, trying to make sense of the order in which things unfolded. At first, the sequence felt a bit disjointed; I wasn't totally sure if signing up first or exploring the software was the better approach. Then, once I started the training, it was clearer that everything was laid out as they intended, but it did require some back-and-forth. The dialer integration seemed to show up later than I expected, which was frustrating because I was hoping to test that earlier on. However, the database feature was quite straightforward, and once that clicked, I started appreciating the workflow more. The automatic updates happening in the background were nice, though I wish I had been told about them sooner, so I wasn’t caught off guard. Overall, the setup has promise but felt like it could be more intuitive in guiding users step-by-step without leaving them guessing what happens next. I’m still digesting if this is just how these platforms work or if this one could improve in ordering steps. For now, it’s a mix of useful features with a need for clearer flow, so I’m cautiously hopeful.
