When It Didn't Quite Click, But The Waits Were Short
I reached out to WFHI after reading about their offerings and was interested in their remote workflow software. The sign-up process had some back-and-forth which felt repetitive because I had to clarify the product features several times with the sales team. There was a notable waiting period during onboarding, which made me wonder if I should have expected quicker responses. That said, once I started using the calling tools and dialer, the experience was straightforward and functional. The database feature worked as intended, though I feel a bit more training should have been included earlier to reduce guesswork. The invoicing and payment steps were clear and the automatic updates did not disrupt my work. Telephonic support was responsive but felt scripted at times. Overall, the wait and repetitiveness before fully accessing the software made me hesitant about the value proposition. I grant that day-to-day use didn't present major issues, but the early experience did not quite click with me in terms of efficiency and clarity.
