When I realised the setup was mostly one-time
Initially, I wasn’t quite sure how much ongoing setup or adjustments would be needed after purchasing the WFHI product. During the sales and pre-purchase process, the representatives explained the onboarding and training but didn’t quite emphasize that most of the software setup is indeed a one-off task. I expected to be tweaking the system regularly to keep it current, but once I completed the initial database and calling tool configuration, the platform mostly runs itself. Sure, updates come through automatically and training sessions help with features I discover later. But the key moment it clicked was when I realised I wasn’t spending hours every week on settings. This allowed me to focus more on actually using the software rather than fiddling with it. My one reservation is that this expectation wasn’t fully clear upfront, so it took some time to adjust. Still, the balance between initial setup effort and ongoing ease is quite fair and manageable overall.
