When I finally saw it matched my real hours
I've been through quite a few remote workflow platforms trying to make sure the software matches the hours I actually work rather than just the hours I'm supposed to. With WFHI, during onboarding I was able to set my shifts in ways that felt more true to my daily routine, which was a relief because this is what usually trips me up with other tools. The training explained the scheduling features well, but at first I was confused by how the time zones were handled on calls through their dialer, which made it tricky to sync with my team right away. After a few days of using the calling tools and seeing my database entries automatically update with call logs, things clicked more. That said, sometimes automatic updates came in at unexpected times, which threw off my focus during busy periods. Despite that, the software’s core hours fitting matched closely enough that it definitely eased my workflow. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward — something I appreciated after juggling hours across platforms before. Overall, it mostly fits the hours I work, with some minor timing quirks that I hope get smoother over time.
