Hey, I wanted to tell you how tricky it was at first to find the right training materials on the platform. I was poking around the dashboard, trying to make sense of what to study to get started with the software, and honestly, it felt a bit overwhelming. But then, after exploring a little and playing with the filters, I stumbled onto a set of step-by-step guides and videos that were just what I needed. That moment where everything made sense and I could finally navigate the tools confidently was so satisfying. It didn't feel like I was stuck anymore or guessing what to do next. The onboarding flow was pretty straightforward once I connected the dots. It really took me from zero to being able to use the calling features and the database without losing my cool. Honestly, that ease of finding stuff in a pinch makes a huge difference for me to keep going. I'll probably use the training features again whenever I want to polish my skills or try out new parts of the software.
