when I finally felt the software might meet my needs
During my pre-purchase exploration, I was fairly unsure about how confident I felt in the software’s suitability until a particular moment of clarity. Initially, the sales process was a bit overwhelming; the variety of features like the dialer and database seemed promising but I wasn’t sure if they would integrate well with my existing remote workflows. The information provided during calls was thorough but sometimes too technical, which made me hesitate. However, when I got access to the onboarding walkthrough, things started to click. Watching the training videos and trying out the dashboard helped me understand how I could use this for my day-to-day operations. That’s when the practical fit became more apparent—especially the calling tools which could be adjusted easily right from the interface. Still, I had some doubts about ongoing support and updates, as keeping up with those seemed potentially time-consuming. By the time I made the decision, I was moderately confident but knew I’d have to dedicate some time to get fully comfortable and manage the software continuously. Overall, the moment of clarity really helped, even if it was a slow building process.
