What was really missing: thorough onboarding guidance

I tried to start using WFHI’s training and onboarding materials but honestly, much of it I found I had to figure out on my own. The software installation instructions were basic but many of the details about managing the dialer and database features were vague or missing. It felt like I had to spend a lot of time experimenting just to get a working workflow. While some automatic updates made changes over time, there wasn’t enough clear documentation on how those affected the setup I had done. Telephonic support was available but calls often ended with me more confused or waiting for someone to call back, which didn’t help. The sign-up and invoicing part was straightforward, but that’s about the only part that felt smooth. I get that the training is there, but it seemed quite sparse for someone who wanted a full step-by-step onboarding experience. I’m left wondering if I missed something or if it was just minimal to start with. Overall, I had to work out a lot on my own, which was frustrating.
