What was missing was ongoing support clarity
The telephonic support was helpful during the initial setup phase, and I appreciated how they walked me through the dialing tool and database integration. It was kind of a one-off experience, though. After that, I found that ongoing support felt limited and I wasn’t sure how quickly they could respond to further questions or issues that popped up. The setup was clearly thorough but the lack of continued availability for real-time help was something I missed. I wish there was more consistent assistance to keep things running smoothly over time, rather than just during the beginning.
