What was missing was clear guidance on basics

I was expecting the training and onboarding to guide me step-by-step through setting up and using the software, but it just didn’t match what I thought I would get. The preparation made it sound like there would be a lot of practical help, but when I started, many crucial parts were either glossed over or missing entirely. The onboarding didn’t really take me through the calling tools or dialer setup in a way that made sense to me. I kept waiting for some detailed walkthrough on using the database feature or understanding automatic updates, but those were barely mentioned. Because of this, I got stuck several times and had to rely heavily on telephonic support, which wasn’t always immediately available. The support team tried to help, but I felt like I was explaining the same problems repeatedly. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment process was straightforward by comparison, but it felt like the main training and onboarding were incomplete or inconsistent with what was promised. I had hoped to feel confident after the initial sessions, but instead, I ended up feeling frustrated and confused more often than not. This was quite disappointing, especially given the time and effort I was ready to put into learning. I really wish the training was more comprehensive and matched what was advertised.
