What Was Missing in Support Communication
When I first signed up, I was hopeful that the telephonic support would be consistently helpful day to day, but my experience was far from that expectation. Initially, I thought the onboarding process was streamlined, yet after a few days of regular use, I noticed recurring communication gaps when I needed clarification on software functionalities. While the automatic updates part worked fine and didn't disrupt my workflow, the support team often failed to provide timely or clear answers over calls. Compared to what I expected from paid training services, the follow-up assistance didn't meet my needs. It felt as if there was a disconnect between what was promised during sign-up and the routine support afterward. Invoicing and payment were straightforward enough, which was the one positive I found. However, the slow response and occasional unclear guidance when troubleshooting made the overall experience frustrating. I hoped the priority assistance might help, but it rarely made a difference once I was past the initial setup phase. For someone expecting consistent, helpful communication throughout usage, this might be a disappointment.
